NOTICE OF PERMIT MODIFICATION REQUESTS
Chemical
Waste Management, Inc. (CWM), located in Carlyss, Louisiana is notifying all persons on
the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality’s facility mailing list who
have requested notification of hazardous waste-related activities at the CWM
site. CWM has submitted notification of
the following permit modifications:
- updating of the Contingency Plan Emergency
Coordinator list and the contact list for Notification of Material Spills
or Releases; and
- updating of the Groundwater Sampling and Analysis
Plan Program Summary (Section 1.5) and Tables 3-1 and 5-1 to include information
on eighteen Phase II groundwater monitoring wells installed at the facility in accordance with the
terms of the Part II Permit.
The
modification does not adversely change any hazardous waste operations at the
CWM facility.
