Protection, LLC. – St. Gabriel, located in
Iberville Parish, has submitted to the Louisiana Department of Environmental
Quality - Office of Environmental Services, and has received a Class 1 permit
modification to its Hazardous Waste Permit.
The permit modification was to update the site’s Contingency Plan for
personnel name changes and telephone number changes.
The Contingency
Plan update for personnel name changes and telephone number changes
necessitated a Class 1 Permit Modification.
This Public Notice is being provided to all persons on the facility mailing
list and appropriate units of state and local governments in accordance with
LAC 33.V.321.C.1a.ii.
A Class 1
permit Modification is the most minor type of permit modification. This modification will not adversely change
any hazardous waste operations at the site or make significant substantive
changes to the Contingency Plan.
